CHRISTINE GONYOU
HR & Bistro Manager
Christine is our Human Resource as well as our Bistro Manager. Her studies lead her to find an interest for people, their chosen life path and how they can compliment the vision of an organization. Christine states "When you have people who love what they do, they will want to share their passion with our customers and in turn provide superior customer service." She takes pride in choosing people that not only talk the talk but walk the walk to support our vision.

Christine's other passion is coffee. She became a Certified Barista while living overseas where "coffee is a culture." Christine takes pride in providing only the highest quality espresso coffees and specialty drinks with a modern twist. She is excitied about educating Niagara about what makes a great espresso coffee. Come in and talk to Christine, her passion is contagious.
