Pesto Sauce Ingredients Method Slowly add the olive oil through the hole in the top of the processor until you get a smooth paste. Remove from the processor and season with salt and pepper. You can store the pesto in a jar with a layer of olive oil on top to prevent browning for 2 or 3 days. You can also freeze the pesto in small containers for up to 3 months. |
