Grilled Salmon on a Cedar Plank Serves: 4 Ingredients Method Soak the cedar plank in water over night. Preheat the grill to medium high. Place the salmon portions on the plank with a little space in between each. Carefully put the plank in the middle of the grill and close the lid. Roast the salmon for 12 minutes for medium doneness. Sprinkle with fresh coriander. Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables and/ or salad for a delicious, healthy meal. |
