Grilled Salmon on a Cedar Plank

Serves: 4

Ingredients
• 4 - 6oz portions of Salmon fillet
• 4tbsp Kozlik’s Smoked mustard or Dijon
• 4tbsp Honey
• 4tbsp Fresh Coriander chopped
• Salt and Pepper
• 1 Cedar Plank (available at Commisso’s)

Method
Mix the honey and mustard with salt and pepper. Spread evenly over each salmon piece and let marinate for at least one hour up to 24.

Soak the cedar plank in water over night.

Preheat the grill to medium high. Place the salmon portions on the plank with a little space in between each. Carefully put the plank in the middle of the grill and close the lid.

Roast the salmon for 12 minutes for medium doneness. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.

Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables and/ or salad for a delicious, healthy meal.
